About the Role

Dandy is hiring an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company in our Cairo office. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your efforts will directly impact the daily operations and overall success of the company.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all office logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Coordinate and manage company events, including meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, liaising with the operations team and other departments as needed.

  • Maintain and manage office inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring the availability of necessary materials.

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a productive work environment.

  • Support the GM in administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Track monthly bills and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and effective collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.

  • Event planning and coordination experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Experience in tracking monthly bills and managing vendor relationships.
