About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and focus exclusively on recruiting top-tier Product Management talent. This is a critical, high-impact role that requires more than just sourcing; you'll be a strategic partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing candidates who possess "0 to 1" thinking, a first-principles approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering focus on precision and quality.
You'll be expected to operate with deep business acumen, understanding the nuances of our product strategy and market position to articulate a compelling value proposition to candidates. You'll drive the entire recruiting lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to process optimization and high-touch stakeholder management.
What You'll Do
Act as a Strategic Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Product leadership, providing data-backed insights on the talent market, compensation trends, and competitive landscape.
Deep Business Acumen: Quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, business model, and competitive environment to effectively screen and excite highly specialized candidates.
Calibration & Communication: Lead intake meetings and regular calibration sessions, ensuring alignment on required skills, desired mindsets (especially 0-to-1 thinking and first-principles reasoning), and interview feedback.
High-Bar Assessments: Conduct in-depth screenings that rigorously assess candidates for precision, quality of thought, and the ability to articulate complex product problems using first principles.
0-to-1 Thinking: Specifically evaluate candidates' demonstrated ability to conceptualize, validate, and launch entirely new products or features (the "0 to 1" journey) rather than simply iterating on existing ones.
Interview Process Design: Partner with hiring managers to design and continuously refine a structured, fair, and high-quality assessment process that accurately predicts candidate success.
Process Ownership: Maintain the highest level of precision and integrity in all recruiting activities, from data management in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to offer generation and closing
What You'll Bring
5+ years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to recruiting Product Management and/or other highly strategic technical roles.
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in developing and executing complex sourcing strategies for highly competitive, high-bar roles.
Demonstrable experience assessing candidates for conceptual thought processes like first principles reasoning and 0-to-1 product development.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and consult effectively with Director-level and VP-level leaders.
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity; you must be able to understand and discuss complex technology and market dynamics.
A meticulous approach to work, emphasizing precision, quality control, and data integrity throughout the process.
