We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will join the Sales Enablement team to drive efficiency across OpenX’s commercial teams, responsible for creating, curating, and managing sales enablement content and materials. This will involve supporting sales operations and coordinating practical sales training programs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including subject matter experts, sales teams, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and organization, and take a data-driven approach to improving sales enablement strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of sales enablement presentations and training sessions, including but not limited to Salesforce training and Bi-Weekly Training Tuesdays.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement materials, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure accessibility and usability.
  • Support the Sales Enablement Manager to develop training materials and resources in collaboration with subject matter experts. Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on sales enablement initiatives, including ongoing sales training analysis.
  • Coordinate between sales teams and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales enablement activities, such as management of responses to large RFIs.
  • Support the quarterly sales payout and goal-setting process.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate the logistics of training sessions both virtually and potentially in person.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of work experience in a related field, such as sales, account management, sales enablement, or related roles.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics for presentations and training sessions.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and curating content, including presentations, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with systems, such as Salesforce, Confluence, and/or ShowPad.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of organization to support project management Detail-oriented with a commitment to consistency and accuracy in sales content.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
