As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be an agile individual contributor on our growing Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. You will define and scale our digital marketing operations with a focus on email marketing, paid media and social. You will work closely with our sales and sales operations team to build out campaigns focused on revenue growth and client retention. You will be data-driven and help us optimize as well as create and deliver consistent reporting on our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations.
  • Manage email marketing including campaign set up, list building and maintenance as well as email deployment.
  • Oversee calendar of campaigns and strategically align them to OpenX’s priorities and key moments.
  • Paid Media & Social: Manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and other paid channels. Manage OpenX’s organic social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and more as needed.
  • Lead generation: Partner with sales and sales operations to create lead generation campaigns aligned to revenue goals. Establish new work flows to identify sales qualified leads.
  • Analytics & reporting: Identify KPIs, create and manage dashboards for reporting and onboard new tools as needed. Oversee analytics for the full marketing organization across all touchpoints.
  • Routinely collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to build programs that support our pipeline and revenue targets as well as our brand initiatives.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Identify new opportunities to increase OpenX’s organic search visibility and website traffic. Have a pulse on the competitive SEO rankings, track changes in rankings and suggest improvements to optimize pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and be a strong contributor day to day.
  • Expert knowledge and fluency of Hubspot, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Salesforce, Google Analytics and more.
  • Strategic and execution-focused mindset. You will be required to flex building the long-term vision as well as the day-to-day operations of running multiple campaigns with a focus on performance KPIs.
  • Can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
