About This Role
Reflex is seeking a highly motivated individual who can drive the acquisition of workers to join our platform through compelling content and brand strategies. We need a candidate who is excited to create and implement new content for marketing that attracts top-tier retail talent.
The ideal candidate has experience coordinating marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, tech environment. You excel at creating and curating content to tell engaging stories, developing strategies that resonate with potential workers, and motivating them to join and fully engage with the Reflex platform. You will think critically to solve problems, drive engagement, and ensure successful campaign executions. Your contribution will have an immediate impact on the success of the company. This position will report to the Growth Manager.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain top-tier retail talent
Develop engaging content for various channels, including paid and organic, including written and video formats
Craft and refine messaging to ensure consistency and resonance with potential workers to effectively communicate Reflex's value proposition
Ensure a timely process from campaign planning to execution
Develop, demonstrate, and maintain technical skills to troubleshoot issues and structure A/B tests
Categorize and assess campaign performance to identify patterns, propose solutions, and continuously improve performance
Foster teamwork and collaboration across all teams to continually innovate product and enhance efficiency
What You Should Have:
2-3 years experience in marketing with a focus on ad and content creation, a plus if this is in a marketplace business
A passion for reinventing retail - a plus if you’ve worked in retail
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience with campaign management in Meta, Tiktok, etc.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or another graphic design tool
Detail-oriented, commitment to quality work products, and well organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while also being empathetic, accurate, compassionate, resourceful, and conscientious
Possess a strong sense of urgency and an ability to analyze and solve problems
Have a positive, team-focused attitude
Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making
Coachable and open to constant and consistent feedback
