Overview:
RepRally Distribution stands out by delivering top-rated products directly from manufacturers to local retailers. With an extensive assortment featuring over 250+ brands tailored to various retail channels, we offer an exclusive opportunity for individuals to become Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Representatives. You will earn up to 20% commission for any wholesale purchase order. Start earning direct commissions from consumer-leading brands like Vita Coco, Siete, BRĒZ, Mike's Hot Honey, Chomps, Astro Freeze, Magic Mind, Lucy, Juul, and many more.
On average, first year reps earn nearly $6-12K monthly of take-home pay with our 20% commission structure.
Responsibilities:
Direct to Store Representatives play a pivotal role in expanding our network of retail accounts and driving volume growth in existing accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Increasing distribution of our partner products by securing new, strategic on and off-premise accounts.
- Managing relationships with existing retail accounts to drive volume, monitor pricing, and ensure proper product merchandising in collaboration with our merchant partners.
- Conducting weekly visits to retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing material.
- Developing and improving account velocity through activities such as building displays, sampling, and educating retail employees.
- Keeping a vigilant eye on market and competitor trends, and providing strategic feedback to enhance our ability to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must possess:
- Relevant experience in field sales, convenience/grocery store sales, beverage sales, food, or nicotine sales industry.
- Strong network of relationships with independent retail stores.
- Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional sales and marketing awareness, demonstrating strong selling and negotiation skills. A quick-on-your-feet problem-solver.
