About the Role:
As a Value Delivery Manager Region Lead, you will oversee a team of Value Delivery Managers and Customer Success professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a customer-centric culture, driving strategic engagement, and delivering measurable business value through Shibumi’s platform. This position requires a strong leader capable of aligning cross-functional resources and guiding both the team and our clients through their transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of Value Delivery Managers and Customer Success professionals through both solid-line and dotted-line reporting, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Establish team goals and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring the team consistently delivers measurable value to clients.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to enable team members to excel in their roles and grow professionally.
Client Engagement and Strategic Leadership:
- Develop deep client relationships across both your own and your team’s portfolio, ensuring success by guiding the delivery of quick wins, big wins, and transformational outcomes at our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, map out strategic plans, and align these plans with Shibumi’s capabilities.
- Oversee workshops with clients, ensuring the translation of outcomes into actionable solution requirements and execution plans.
- Contribute to, create, and collaborate on Shibumi delivery best practices, and ensure those practices are adhered to in the field.
Operational Excellence and Value Delivery:
- Lead by example in managing high-value client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client health and engagement, identifying potential risks and opportunities across the team’s portfolio and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Consultants, and other internal teams to ensure the seamless alignment of resources throughout the client journey.
Business Growth and Expansion:
- Partner with Client Partners (AEs) to identify and capitalize on expansion and renewal opportunities, demonstrating the value of Shibumi’s solutions to drive account growth.
- Represent the Value Delivery team in pre-sales motions, showcasing expertise and building trust with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in customer success, value delivery, transformation management, or a highly related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience in management consulting or a SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders effectively.
- Proven strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to connect the dots across complex organizational structures and workstreams.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
- Expertise in navigating challenging client situations and delivering creative, value-driven solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms and a demonstrated ability to communicate their value proposition effectively.
