About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who can take ownership of our user experience and build polished, scalable components that power real-time, data-rich applications. You’ll work closely with product, ux, and backend teams to deliver a modern frontend architecture that supports everything from digital paperwork to messaging, agent tools, and billing workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain high-quality, reusable React components
- Lead frontend efforts for key initiatives across workflows, dashboards, and AI-powered tools
- Work with existing design and component libraries to bring complex user interactions to life
- Integrate with GraphQL and REST APIs to power data-driven interfaces
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver fast, secure, and accessible user experiences
- Improve application performance, reliability, and frontend architecture
- Mentor junior developers and uphold frontend best practices
Must Haves
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript
- Experience with GraphQL or RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of component design, state management, and performance optimization
- Experience working in modern frontend environments (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Tailwind, etc.)
- A product mindset — care about the user experience as much as the technical details
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment
